Research Interest :

My research interest is the application of image processing and image interpretation for geoscience, data processing using Geographic Information System, and Spatial analysis for environmental and atmospheric science. I also pay some attention to atmospheric mechanism.

I am involving in conducting studies of geological hazards recognition, particularly landslides based on image features such as geomorphology, land use and land cover. I am also doing research on climate elements distribution related to environmental and anthrophogenic effects.

My recent research focuses on mineral and coal processing; clean coal technology; carbon advanced and functional material for industrial use and energy including environmental purposes (CO2 utlization technology as well as carbon sequestration via mineral carbonation) (mine closure and environmental impact assesment).

My research and teaching/supervising activities concern the development and application of energy technology and utilization.

I am also doing and interested in developing methods for laboratory experimental tools and technique as well as energy industrial hardware and machinery.

1) High resolution Digital Elevation Model (DEM) from LiDAR, Drone, TLS and multybeam bathymetri.

My research focus are mineral processing, recycling and environmental remediation. I am experience in using instruments for chemical analyses.

I have been focusing my research on acid mine drainage prevention, the most serious environmental problems in mining industry. In this research, pyrite oxidation was suppressed using low rank coal of hydrothermal treatment byproduct. I have applied several methods for this research, such as carrier microencapsulation (CME), dissolution test, and analytical, microscopic, spectroscopic and electrochemical analysis.

Recently, I am doing research on Material Preservation of Microorganism for environmental bioremediation.
